Our national charity partner 2015/2016 - The Alzheimer's Society

Over the next two years, we will aim to fundraise £100,000 for the Alzheimer's Society, to help lead the fight against dementia. With this, we'll be able to fund at least 4,500 hours of specialist support for families affected by dementia through the Dementia Support Worker service. Dementia Support Workers help people to come to terms with the disease and live independent and fulfilling lives.
