Built by BAM Construction, the Western Transit Shed is part of the King's Cross Central development. The Victorian brick façades have been retained and contemporary finishes reflect the industrial heritage of the building and complement the historic elements. The building is laid out over 3 floors. The upper two floors house 55,000 sq ft of office space with floor plates of c. 27,500 sq ft. BAM also built the new adjoining University of Arts London campus.

Parkgate Development, Solihull A £33m retail and residential project is breathing new life into the Shirley district of Solihull, in the West Midlands. BAM has not just been working on a new food superstore, retail spaces and homes in what’s now known as Parkgate, but also regenerating small-scale community facilities

London’s first Jewish Community Centre: “a new postcode for Jewish Life. The 10,600m2 centre hosts a variety of activities from banquets to cookery lessons and from dance classes to film screenings. So the design had to accommodate flexible use of spaces.
