Photographer Dan Tobin Smith’s new triumphant show celebrates colour-coded clutter. The installation was inspired by sci-fi writer Philip K. Dick who termed the endless clutter that builds up throughout the course of our lives as “kipple.” This work of art has taken over the main floor space of his studio; it has colonised the windowsills and snakes up the stairs and off towards the toilets.
