Pantone's Classic Blue

You can expect to see a lot of Blue this year!  Pantone has announced that its 2020 Colour of the Year is Classic Blue, a shade reminiscent of the sky at dusk. A rich shade close to cobalt, between navy and royal, Classic Blue is "a timeless and enduring hue elegant in its simplicity", according to Pantone and has been used in homewares through history, from Ancient Egyptian glazes and Bronze Age glass to Tang and Ming dynasties Chinese pottery.
