Inspired by nature, travel and a curiosity of how pattern and colour can inspire, and enhance life, progression from the drawing board to experimenting with paper, pen, pencil and paint, linocut and inks, screen print and dyes - was an adventure that came easily and using the initial patterns that resulted, my first efforts were printed on wallpaper, and at the suggestion of a client the patterns were transferred to linen as well.
