I really miss being outside and hearing the birds singing whilst whilst I bring the garden to life again. I made this solar light hack last year for under £13 and they have survived the winter. Such an easy DIY. I bought a rattan shade £10 and a solar bulb £1.50. They come with a hook to hang them already. Simply remove inner plastic of the shade. Place the bulb through the shade then reattach the hook. Spray with a waterproof protector, add some rope and hang. It really is that simple. #homehacks #solarlights #solarlighting #homehack #gardenhacks #homehacks #wirelesslighting #lighting #pendantlights #lightingideas #statementlighting #diydecor #gardenlife #gardenlights #gardeninspiration #ukgardens #ukhomes #ukhome #houseandgarden #gardendesign #festoonlights #mygardentoday #gardenrevamp | Joanna Fletcher

Create a garden of your dreams at a fraction of the cost and feel good!🧚🏻 Sweet peas seeds have a very tough skin and pre sprouting them makes sense. 🧚🏻 Pre sprouting seeds means simply leaving them on a wet kitchen roll until the shoots emerge🧚🏻 I soak my seeds in a cup of water first and then simply place them on a wet kitchen roll. GERMINATION 🧚🏻 Your seeds will germinate within 7 to 15 days at temperature 13º to 18ºWHEN TO SOW🧚🏻 Sweet peas can be sown anytime between October-March EXTRA INFO⬇️🧚🏻 I soaked my seeds for about 24 h before planting. 🧚🏻 Sweet peas performs best if their roots are forced to grow in a deep, narrow channels🧚🏻 I always sow two sweet pea seeds per pot🧚🏻 I plant them about 1cm deep, cover with compost, water well and place them on a sunny windowsill or in a greenhouse until my seeds germinate. WHAT TO DO WHEN SEEDLINGS APPEARS 🧚🏻 Once your seedlings appear, they need to be STORED COOL AT ABOUT 5 ºC🧚🏻 Providing cooler conditions promotes root and not stem growth. #sweetpeas #gardeningtips #sweetpea #gardeningforbeginners #gardening #garden | anya_thegarden_fairy
