At first floor level, the front rooms accommodated a large bathroom and a single bedroom (each served by a window). The new layout created a double bedroom (served by the two windows in a symmetrical arrangement) and a smaller shower-room. This can be accessed both from the bedroom and the corridor, allowing for it to be used as a social cloakroom as well. The walls are painted in Yellow Ground by Farrow and Ball.

In 2017 we worked with the current owners of both flats on the first floor in order to connect them into one - a wrap around large flat that benefits from double aspect rooms and original features and details. The intervention follows from the existing white clean detailing and rich succession of rooms.
