Fireplace Styling
~ Fireplace Styling ~ ▪️First select a beam in a wood tone to suit the other woods within the room. Make sure it overlaps the fireplace approx 15-20cm each side. Select a depth to suit, I’d always recommend at least 10-12cm or larger so it allows for decorative items such as vases. ▪️Second must have is baskets for logs/throws to keep it tidy and any kindle etc hidden away. ▪️I love placing a mirror above, this fireplace was central to the room and therefore adds a beautiful focal point withi

Sideboard Styling
~ Sideboard Styling Tips ~ ▪️Use oversized lamps to add a statement. As this is a smaller sideboard, I chose to style this by itself letting its ombré blue pattern be the stand out feature. If you are styling a lamp on a larger sideboard, you have the option to add more accessories. ▪️A simple round mirror pairs perfectly with this sideboard, creating a timeless look. ▪️Group your accessories in a cluster of 3 to create an eye-catching design element - this makes them much more effective tha

Created using #farrowandball #ovalroomblue to all walls and using contrasting fabrics in lighter tones for the bluebell sofa from @sofadotcom Upholstered storage footstool with button detail, I styled this with a tray on top to hold coasters for drinks and accessories.
