I made this to bring to my familys Easter dinner. My second time stacking cakes and I have only used fondant a handful of times to cover so I was happy with how it turned out. The bottom tiers are vanilla cake with lemon filling and the top tier is chocolate cake with vanilla filling all iced in vanilla buttercream.
