I will add that if you workout out at home, workout bands make a huge difference for the back because it turns an island post, stair posts, deck, table leg…literally anything into a cable machine ❤️❤️ I am using the bands from my DFH set of 5 and I send 60 exercise ideas of how to use them with every set!
