A strong back is crucial for reducing aches and pains and making us more functional in life. I know everybody is posting booty and ab exercises but TRUST me you need to be working ALL your muscles for optimal health, strength and longevity! Please don’t pick and choose workouts simply based on what you want to “look good!” I am using a band from my DFH band set of 5! They are thick and sturdy and won’t be snapping on anyone!! Getting a solid set of long bands can be a game change for your back workouts at home. Especially if you don’t have a pull up bar or can’t do pull-ups,  so here are a couple of ideas to help!   I will add that if you workout out at home, workout bands make a huge difference for the back because it turns an island post, stair posts, deck, table leg…literally anything into a cable machine ❤️❤️ I am using the bands from my DFH set of 5 and I send 60 exercise ideas of how to use them with every set! They are thick, sturdy and strong!   Comment BAND for the set info!   As always your deep core needs to be doing its job on back day.
