Cost of getting it wrong

The potential impacts of getting procurement wrong in business are numerous (and that's not just the bits that Procurement have responsibility for). This board illustrates the things that can and have happened, and reminds organisations to put procurement processes, policies and risk assessments in place that are rigorous enough to mitigate against these potential outcomes.
