Vintage Pressed Flowers, Framed Botanical Art, Made in Germany
Pretty and delicate set of pressed and framed flowers from East Germany. Each display is artfully done featuring yellow, blue, white and red flowers along with various grasses. So pretty and so nostalgic. These were made in Germany and Germany-East, according to the backs (which are in remarkably good shape). The taller display measures 8"x4" and shows some very light water damage along the left edge (as pictured). The smaller display measures 4.5"x4.5" and has no damage that I can see. Both frames are in good condition and solid. I love the sweetness and the innocence on display amidst the flowers. As botanical art goes, these are a fine example. Shipping is included in the price.
