Ingredients: 1 medium zucchini 2 medium carrots 200 g cottage cheese 2 eggs Salt and pepper to taste Favorite spices (e.g. oregano, basil) Preparation: Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add salt and set aside for a few minutes to release water. Then squeeze out excess water thoroughly. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Mix the cottage cheese with eggs, salt, pepper and spices. Add the vegetables to the cheese mass and mix thoroughly. Pour and spread the mass on a baking tray lined with baking paper in the form of a rectangle. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (top-bottom) for about 30-40 minutes, until the wrap is golden and slightly crispy on the edges.
