Oaxacan Style Stuffed Figs. Ingredients: Dried Whole Figs Goats Cheese Gran Luchito Blend 2 teaspoons of Gran Luchito with 100g Goats Cheese. Using teaspoon fill figs with mixture. Place in 180c oven for 20 mins. Serve warm. For more ideas visit http://gran.luchito.co.uk/ideas #spicychristmas

Gran Luchito Queso Fundido Ingredients Grated Hard Cheese ( we used a blend of cheddar, parmesan & emmental) Chorizo cut into squares Gran Luchito Sprinkle chorizo into bottom of a ramekin. Fill to the top with cheese and then press down to make compact. Spread Gran Luchito onto cheese and then top with more cheese and chorizo. Continue until ramekin is full. Roasted Aubergine With Gran Luchito Ingredients Aubergine Olive Oil Sour Cream Gran Luchito Pomegranate Seeds Parsley leafs Cut Aubergine in half & using sharp knife cut criss crosses deep into flesh. Drizzle over lots of Olive Oil, sprinkle salt & roast in 175c oven for 30mins. Remove from oven & cool. Mix 1 teaspoon of Gran Luchito with 5 table spoons of sour cream. Drizzle mixture over aubergine & sprinkle pomegranate seeds & parsley on top.
