My half time snack. Slimming World Twiglets. Cook some pasta up, drain and then add marmite to taste (in my case a dessert spoon full) and then mix. Place on a baking tray and put in the oven and bake till crunchy. Syn free! Yay!
Campfire Stew - Slimming World syn free :-) 1 small gammon joint, 1 onion diced, 2 orange peppers diced, 3 garlic cloves crushed, 1 tbs smoked paprika, 2 tins baked beans, 6 tbs tomato puree, 1 red chilli finely chopped. Place all ingredients in slowcooker for 6hrs on high on low all day. Separate gammon with two forks. Nom nom!!!
