This is what I do every morning - I do 1 cup spinach or baby kale, 1/2 an apple, 1/2 a pear, about a 1/2 cup of pinapple and a banana.  It's really good, and great for you!  I use a Nutribullet because I like the fiber, but if you aren't in the best health, it's better to use a juicer.  Juicing makes the nutrients more readily available to the body, and the nutrients will be absorbed within 30 minutes of drinking the juice.
