WWI Employee Kavita Rasal on Felxible Timing Policy- "Whistling Woods International allows such ‘flexible timings’ that I can manage all responsibilities of an employee, wife & mother too. Whistling Woods International gave me the benefit of pre-maternity as well as post-maternity leave. Whistling Woods International give employees a certain degree of freedom in managing work and home. I’m proud to be a WWI employee.

WWI Employee Anindya Mitra on Paternity Leave Policy- "It's indeed a great news that Whistling Woods International has increased the ‘paternity leave’ from a week to two weeks. I have always felt that the birth of a child is an equally life-changing event to the father as much as it is to the mother. At such a moment to be allowed to spend quality time with the mother and the child, is probably one of the biggest gifts a father can get."

WWI Employee Radhika Basina on Parental Policy- "As a parent, you are responsible for raising your child in the best possible manner, having the facility of ‘staggered timings’ when the child is sick and needs more attention, helps. I have been able to give my son a lot more time when required without giving up work. At Whistling Woods International, such employee friendly policy help us balance both the worlds."

WWI Employee Riya Chande on Work From Home Policy- "I was advised not to travel during my pregnancy and the ‘work from home’ policy helped me to take care of my health and continue to work. I am grateful to Whistling Woods International for this and will remember this gesture forever."

WWI President Meghna Puri on Policies at Whistling Woods- "I ensured that WWI would be a place where working women could rise up the ladder smoothly and never have to worry about being women in the workplace. The crèche at WWI has seen lots of children since 2006 and I am just thrilled that the women I work with can be mothers and working professionals at the same time without feeling guilt or having to give anything up."
