Sofia Mollberg

The Swedish School of Textile student Sofia Mollberg's MA graduation collection`Constructing Gestures´ allows the body through self-expressive gestures to play a substantial part in the role of developing forms, as well as garment construction. The capturing of gestures represents a deepen understanding of body language and its visual strength of communicating. This results in a dynamic expression where emotion, body, environment, and clothing identities are all linked.
