The Vedas describe Krishna in this way- He appears as a handsome youth with a glowing complexion the color of rain clouds. He plays a flute, attracting the hearts of all. His smile is enchanting, and He wears a peacock feather in His curly black hair and a flower garland around His neck. His eternal kingdom is known as Goloka, where it is said that every word is a song, every step a dance, and every moment new, fresh, and filled with spiritual bliss.
"“I worship Govinda, the primeval Lord, who is adept at playing on His flute, whose eyes are blooming like lotus petals, whose head is bedecked with peacock feathers, whose beauty is tinged with the hue of blue clouds, and whose unique loveliness charms millions of Cupids.” -Brahma samhita 5.30
Yashoda feeds Bal Krsna. Within bhaktimarg we become greater than god in the sense we bind him with our love, we become the care takers for god, we feed him and nurture the Lord in His childlike form. Birajo hari, jamajo laalji thaal.
