Meal #4 - HOME MADE PIZZA!!   Yep you saw it right!! #Pizza!! I have two of these bad boys! I have about 2600 #calories to make up after today's #workouts, so I am having the following;  - TWO large home made high #protein, #healthy #pizzas (See recipe here; youtu.be/PcfsTDqHfYo )   - BCAA's and #L-Glutamine  A great #healthy and #nutritious meal - Time to let the #recovery process begin!!

#Meal 1 - #Salmon , #Eggs , #Bacon and a Hash Brown! A good solid high calorie and low carb meal to keep me fuelled for the next few hours of workouts!! I'm cutting but need a Ron of calories today just so I don't lose strength! LETS GET IT!! #GRIND

Today is a heavy day of workouts for me an I'll be burning anywhere from 1900-2750 calories, so I need to feed this beast!!   I will be posting a full day of eating in pics today, so come along for the ride! :)
