Rob Swift's family began baking bread in 1863, now 6 generations on, Rob along with his brother John continue the tradition, producing the most delicious & inventive breads you will find. Rob runs 'Bread2Bake' in Ludlow, Shropshire and from his love of teaching, wrote the book 'Born and Bread' to mark the family's 150th anniversary as well as a guide to baking bread with easy-to-follow recipes. Tom Court is Head Chef of The Granary Hotel near Kidderminster in Worcestershire & proud holder of 2 AA Rosettes. He loves all things fish and visits the Birmingham fish market every week to chat with his fish merchant to discuss the catches, the species, the seasons and the boats the fish were caught on. Tom runs his own 'Sticky Fig' Catering Company and one of the '5 Chefs' who promote Worcestershire and its produce. See him at Royal Three Counties Show, Upton Food & Beer Fest

Delighted to be working with Anita Sharma James again. Anita was a Medical Research Scientist for ten years but with a passion for Indian food and cookery, so after much persuading from friends she took the plunge and set up her own Indian cookery school 'The Spice Trade' in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. Since then the school has evolved into culinary events, demonstrations, talks, workshops, team building exercises and training. Anita will be with us at The Royal Three Counties Show in June

This is the lovely Daren Bale, Chef/Proprietor at The Hop Pole in Bewdley, Worcestershire. Daren is a fantastic demonstrator and flies the flag for local, seasonal produce. He'll be working with us once again in 2014 including appearances at Royal Three Counties Show, Droitwich Food Festival, Upton Food & Beer Festival & Far Forest Countryside Show
