Shankh Mudra – for relieving throat / speech ailments 10-15 minutes as when needed. Shankh Mudra resembles Conch shell. Conch Shell is traditionally used in Hindu temples for worship. Conch Shell is blown to create pure sound vibrations. Shankh Mudra in a similar way helps those with speech and throat ailments. Shankh mudra helps by clearing the throat. It relieves stammering. It gives a quality to your speech by restoring the pitch and resonance.
Hakini Mudra – for memory and recall Hakini Mudra is dedicated to goddess Hakini, who is the deity of forehead according to ancient vedic and tantric scriptures. Goddess Hakini controls the Ajna Chakra (Third Eye) You are in a meeting and trying to recall the important details, just join the fingertips as indicated. Hakini mudra enhances cognitive ability by activating the connections between left and right hemispheres of the brain.
Linga Mudra – for treating bronchial ailments, respiratory ailments and chest infections. Linga mudra activates the fire element thereby increasing heat or Pitta element in the body. Linga mudra is a therapeutic mudra and should not be practiced by everyone. Linga mudra is therapeutic for people suffering from Asthma, Bronchitis, Sinusitis, Wet Cough and Chills (Hypothermia).
